Hello! I had Eco carpet pro cleaning Associate come over and clean up the carpet. He was a tall black man and it’s unfortunate that I forgot his name because he did such an amazing job on my carpet. He made conversation, made sure me and my family felt comfortable, And was able to get stains out of my carpet that I had been struggling with for years. Super customer service. April and Rose followed up with me before and after my services. I found this by reviews. Kept seeing technician Will was amazing, the best. So reading those is why I called. I was also luckily enough to even get Will. Reviews were correct. He was amazing, very nice and thorough. Customer service will always win my vote. I even cut flowers from my garden and put it in a jar for Will to give his wife. Thank you.
They came in, cleaned the house and conducted themselves in a very professional manner, I will be calling them again and highly recommend the company for your needs
