Our tech, Will, did a great job! We had our carpet and stairs cleaned and now both look brand new! He even got two gnarly pet stains out! This is our third time using Eco Carpet Pro and we will definitely continue to use them!
Our technician, Willie, did an excellent job. Was very thorough and addressed problem areas. He clearly set expectations on a couple of areas where the carpet had some wear. Will definitely use Eco for future cleanings.
