Oh my goodness. I called Eco Carpet Pro and set an appointment and could not be more pleased with the results. Shawn in the office answered all of my questions and concerns and was extremely pleasant and professional. Perry and Chris were our technicians and they were both wonderful. Again I asked many questions and Perry answered them all professionally and pleasantly. They even allowed me to watch the process.
