Weighted 4 hours and then they told me that when I finally called they said the technician had an accident and won't be able to help me not very happy not very professional
I'm not one who generally shares reviews unless the company is exceptional or terrible. Unfortunately, this is the latter. I called a week ahead of time to get a quote for steam cleaning for the carpet on 20 stairs and a landing for the apartment I was leaving. $79 was the quote. Turns out I was wrong, there were only 13 steps. That didn't stop the tech from insisting that I upgrade to a shampoo cleaning for $150. I quickly told him that $79 for steam cleaning would be fine. Very poor job
A wonderful woman named Jamie handled our carpet cleaning at our Nashua residence, which was, to our surprise, quite messy! She did an outstanding job, extremely quick, skilled, and knowledgeable. eco carpet cleaning nh, we can't thank you enough for making our home feel more refreshing!
