I scheduled an appointment for 11-1. I took time off in order to be here for the appointment. 1 o’clock rolls around and no call/no show. I understand people get a little behind so I’m patient and keep waiting around. I had plans for the rest of my day but I go ahead and cancel them to wait for this appointment.
