I was referred by the carpet store that installed my carpet, and Julian was quick to respond. Since he had not seen the home in person yet, we talked through the carpet cleaning pricing ahead of time, and he explained that he could not give an exact quote until he saw the rooms and the area rugs. I could not be happier with the carpet cleaning service. They carefully picked up five large Turkish area rugs from my storage unit in Hamden and handled everything in a smooth, efficient way.
