Best carpet cleaning service I’ve used. Randall was wonderful on the phone and made the whole scheduling process easy when I needed carpet cleaning right away. She quickly arranged for Kyle to arrive fast, and he got to work right away. Eco Carpet Cleaning Ct cleaned the tile and grout at my rental property in Hamden and also resealed the grout. It had gotten very dirty from poor tenant upkeep, but Brantley and Seth did an excellent job restoring the tile and grout to a much cleaner, original-looking color. They used the right professional equipment for deep tile and grout cleaning, and the results clearly showed it. I’m amazed at how great our carpets look now. We were close to giving up and replacing them, but after this carpet cleaning service, they came back to life. Malachi and Kyle did an excellent job with the deep cleaning and stain treatment, and the results were better than we expected. With proper care and regular professional carpet cleaning, I really think we can keep these carpets looking good for many more years. Location: Hamden, CT. We had a confirmed appointment that we schedule one month in advance for apartment move out. At 4pm the day before the appointment, we got a text message saying the appt was cancelled because “they do not service the area.” We specifically confirmed when booking the appt that they DO service the area, because many companies we spoke to do not service us. Poor customer service and horrible communication. Would not direct me to another company for assistance. Would give zero stars if I could.
