Pulled in to get a car wash during business hours and wasn’t even greeted, I was just angrily gestured to leave. Need to be more clear about business hours and have a better way to contact about appointments and business hours.
Their detailing service is the absolute best! I haven’t encountered any other hand washing service like them. It’s also super convenient to go into the mall while having your car cleaned. On the other hand, their timeliness to first appointments of the day isn’t too good. There is staff confusion about people who pull up to the actual area where washing occurs versus the designated area, which can cause delays in service. 3/18/23 Update: I'm now changing my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. I confirmed via email last week, 6 days ago, the new opening time and confirmed I would arrive a few before 11am. I got to the location at10:52am and waited until 11:32am and no one came to the drop-off location. As much as I've liked their service in the past, I will be thinking twice about adjusting my Saturday schedule to drive from Rowlett to Frisco.
