Drove an hour to get to the Northgate location today for my 11:30 car cleaning appointment only to be told they were short handed and would not be able to provide me with service. I can't believe they didn't even call me in advance to reschedule or let me know. This is the most unprofessional company I've seen in a long time. They may clean cars well but their customer service sucks!
