Never had a bad experience here. Facials by Gemma and brows by Sandria lately, and they’re amazing. The 3 in 1 super facial is fabulous, skin glowing and a relaxing self care experience. Amazing range of products. Every single staff member is friendly, knowledgeable and caring.
Ensured that the service was explained well and understood before starting. Ensured comfort during the service and provided follow up advise for after service. Very caring, professional and kind.
