I'm so impressed with the service that Paul provides. His response time is so fast; the quality of his work is excellent; his pricing is more than fair; and his advice on how to maintain your appliances is helpful and extensive. Definitely worthy of a 5-star rating!
Paul is Really Really good at what he did to repair my decor range. My oven part of the range didn’t work, the temperature cannot go up , just stay at 75 F . I called the factory customers services, and they recommended a company , and this guy came to my house and check it and said the computer on the back was not working. He said it will cost about 400 .00 to order the part, I paid him deposit and wait for three weeks and called him. Paul was easy to call in case of an emergency. Problem was fixed on same day he went in to check our washer. He already has the parts with him. Will definitely use his service again (but hopefully not for a while 😊) and would recommend to friends.
Promised service fix of my fridge for $690 and said it was risk free because no cost if it didn’t work. It worked for 4 days and stopped again. I had paid him. He said he would refund me but didn’t then ghosted me. No answer to texts and emails. Of the 4 times he had set time to come, he was a no show most of them and would always have some excuses another but I always had to chase him down. Total scammer. Do not trust this guy.
Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He asks all the right questions and is attentive to every detail. I love that he communicates with great transparency so there are no surprises. I called several appliance repair companies before I spoke with Paul and he was the best, BY FAR!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
