Worse company ever. Shoddy workmanship. Leaking from 3 places. Have contacted them. Sent 3 videos. Took 6 months to reach anyone. Its just over 2yrs old. I can not afford to replace. A few people around our small country town are having the same issues. Im ready to contact ombudsman.
Very average at best. Replaced a HWS under the state govt scheme in 11/2021. The first unit was clearly rolled down a hill and full of dents, it was replaced. This one has now died, 3 1/2 years after being fitted new. A plumber assessed and said the unit was faulty, and was known to be inadequate and not fit for purpose. Eco Alliance, without assessing the cause of the dead unit, blamed me for not having it serviced. Had this hot water system installed from the government rebate. Never again. After 3 years it started to have Luke warm water. Called there service to repair it and it happened again after 2 weeks. Just kept on having problems for months as it also shorted out the power to the hot power supply. Had enough so I replace with it with a reliable dux hot water system. If you see eco alliance hot water system, avoid!
Rubbish heat pump system. Had gas water heater for 20+ years without issue. Changed to electric heat pump, had various issues like water leaking, loud noise, etc. Now, after 2+ years, I only had warm water and not hot at all. Was told the tempering valve needs to be changed, and unit is out of warranty! Think twice changing from gas water heating
