I was charged $250 for a service that ultimately involved pressing a simple reset button. The company did not offer troubleshooting over the phone and failed to provide a manual, despite their claims. When I disputed the charge, they cited 'safety reasons,' yet their technician later instructed my tenant's to simply press the button if the issue reoccurs, directly contradicting their stance. Buyers beware of potentially unnecessary call-out fees.

Ripped off big time. Can’t believe the government use this company for rebates. Three years on and although it has five year warranty on the manual online, it is two years on one part, five years on the compressor and seven years on the tank. Considering the whole thing needs replacement as advised by the shocking customer service I spoke to there is no warranty if the whole piece of crap needs replacing. Ombudsman here we come.

All rubbish we had one put in 3 years ago it is rusty full of holes leaking everywhere and no hot water for showers a basic human right, we contacted them but they said we were out of the two year warranty but we have spoken to other companies that say we should have been giving 7yr warranty, we are really struggling as we have two children .wouldnt recomend them to anyone

Had a heat pump hot water system installed through the free government scheme about 3 and a half yrs ago and have just had to replace it. The company didn't want to know me. Absolutely useless noisy appliance and certainly don't recommend it!

Worse company ever. Shoddy workmanship. Leaking from 3 places. Have contacted them. Sent 3 videos. Took 6 months to reach anyone. Its just over 2yrs old. I can not afford to replace. A few people around our small country town are having the same issues. Im ready to contact ombudsman.
