Installed 3 years ago has payed for itself never missed a beat 400l for 6 people never wanted for hot water
Very disappointed by customer service. The PTR Valve 850kPa was leaking and the person on the phone refused to support my enquiries without paperwork. I had photos and date of installation on the unit, but this was not enough! I was also misinformed that it was only a 2 year warranty, but the manual stated it was a residential 5 year warranty.
DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! DODGY!!! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! Heat pump is really poor quality.. (would not heat enough water for me to bathe my kids) VERY POOR INSTALL, dodgy products and “technicians”, I doubt they are even qualified plumbers to be honest. VERY SHORT WARRANTY. Then when your unit dies and trust me, it will, and VERY SOON… They say “service fees plus parts” to “fix” it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
EXCELLENT, Had Ecogenica AllinOne 260 Liter fitted 31 Oct 2024 to replace previous older split system that failed during warranty, prompt service, kept promises & good workmanship by their plumber Ian in Adelaide
Heat pump has not worked correctly since installation. They won't follow up or repair. Waist of time and total scam.
