I have always had a great friendly people and took care of me
If there was an option to rate as a zero star, I would!!! In my profession I deal with patient's concerns/treatments for over 2 decades. I have never encountered such rudness, inconsistencies, and unprofessionalism from a fellow medical provider. Good luck with scheduling an appointment or even a return phone call, regardless of the number of voice-mail you leave....I strongly advise potential patients to simply contact their insurance carrier find another facility and receive the proper care elsewhere. You'll thank me!!!
I wanted to make an appointment but nobody had picked up the phone for a few days
If you want to get tourchered by the hospital ppl then you can come over here. Here i came with my Dad & His appointment was at 1.30pm, it's now 5.00pm Doctor came & started giving me attitude because why did I ask where is the doctor. No sorry or Apology. Wish I can change my doctor right now.
Helped me with infections and kidney stones, much better to see him at the Maple Road office in Amherst.
