The phone customer service is just awful they take extremely long to answer in all departments when making a appointment and when you need to ask a medical question it takes them sometimes whole hours.
The receptionist and medical staff are so bad and unprofessional. They have no will to help neither try at least. No matter which receptionist they are rude and disrespectful, they hang up on me and my sis every time we call and behave so unethically. ECMC needs to have training and ethics courses and how to behave with patients for each of them. They need to be taught and trained in a manner that patients feels safe and respectful in the hospital they chose to be treated and paid to.
