I recently visited the ECM espresso machine repair shop for my machine's repair, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my machine was fixed to perfection. Purchased a coffee grinder here 2 years ago worked perfectly since then, used daily more often on weekends. This morning was stuck and not working. Dropped in to the service desk and spoke with Lester. He disassembled the grinder, cleaned all the moving parts, explaining how to do this myself next time ( or better yearly) . Reassemble, tested and returned to me all no charge. I was impressed, that is customer service, I will be back when it is time for a new coffee machine! Thank you
I have left my Seaco for service repair, 75$ was collected and was told that someone would call me within 3 days with the diagnosis and total cost of repair. Since I have not heard from the service department for next week I have made a call to them with an inquiry for an update. Nothing has been done and I believe that if I don't call, my coffee machine will be still on the shelf waiting to be noticed for check out. I took my Rocket Espresso Machine in for routine service earlier this year. It was in impeccable working order when I left it there. It's never worked the same since. My once reliable espresso machine is now not working 50% of the time. I live remotely and it was a big deal to get the machine in for service and an even bigger deal (and expense) to get it back for repair. Plus, I would not trust that they wouldn't do more damage.
