I have left my Seaco for service repair, 75$ was collected and was told that someone would call me within 3 days with the diagnosis and total cost of repair. Since I have not heard from the service department for next week I have made a call to them with an inquiry for an update. Nothing has been done and I believe that if I don't call, my coffee machine will be still on the shelf waiting to be noticed for check out. I took my Rocket Espresso Machine in for routine service earlier this year. It was in impeccable working order when I left it there. It's never worked the same since. My once reliable espresso machine is now not working 50% of the time. I live remotely and it was a big deal to get the machine in for service and an even bigger deal (and expense) to get it back for repair. Plus, I would not trust that they wouldn't do more damage. Put a call in to ECM regarding a problem with a cappucino machine that we purchased from them. Left a message 5 days ago but still no response. Not impressed with the lack of followup.
