Reza Malekizoeram was incredibly knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue right away. Came in to drop off my Rocket espresso machine for service. Danny came up and helped me right away, asked some questions about the machine and realized my grinder was the issue. He went to work and fixed my grinder and replaced the seal in my espresso machine. It works perfectly now and he saved me a bunch of $$. When it was all said and done I was charged $10 for the seal and nothing for his time; later finding out he was one of the owners. I have shopped here in the past and can not recommend them enough. Reza from came to our café (Fresco) and did an awesome job! Super professional and detailed. He replaced all the gaskets, serviced the steam wands, and checked everything carefully. We are really happy with the service, highly recommend!

Forget the rest . Go with the BEST , ECM , is AWESOME . I recently visited with my espresso machine that I had bought there 12+ years ago. They showed me how to replace the gasket , they cleaned the sprinkler head . They r very helpful and knowledgeable .
