Professionalism speaks. Joseph, Diego, John, and the entire team exemplify professionalism and dedication to customer care. Their commitment should be highly valued by their manager. They traveled from San Jose to Brentwood on Friday evening to resolve my issue, which appears to have been caused by another company. Thank you very much guys, you are the best!!!
Eclipse solar has the best customer service!
I actually made it a point to call the owner after the install to let him know how impressed I was with the work his crew did. Not only were they extremely patient and friendly to my barking dogs (and neighbors) they were on time, very professional and extremely courteous. Everything looks great and was installed in just a few hours. They also made sure to clean everything up before they left. I would recommend these guys all day with zero hesitation. Thanks Eclipse Solar, that’s how it’s done!
