As a landlord, and being with Eclipse for 2 years, I would have to say that it has been the worst experience, and we couldn't wait to show them the door. Time after time, never chasing up unpaid water bills from the tenant. Not paying bills, then we get fined because they are overdue. It's their job and what they get paid to do.
