As a tennant, I cannot speak highly enough of the recent experience we have had with Aivi from Eclipse Real Estate. Our issue has been addressed in a timely fashion, and the communication was clear & concise. Highly professional, efficient, & knowledgeable. Such a dodge company. I have worked with several other real estate companies but this company Eclipse is the worst specially for managing your property. Don't ever go with this company. Bunch of arrogant and lazy mangers. Don't look after you and your property just want the percentage and commission with out putting any effort. In one word Don't ever let them to manage your properties. And I have told all my friends and relatives to stay away from this company too.
In my opinion Dina Boffa is a Five Star Property Manager. My property is well maintained. The tenant appears to be happy and the arrangement is likely to be a long one. I give the credit to Dina who does all the work and updates me on a regular basis. Nicola

Recently just moved out of a property from eclips to buy a home, and my property manager Gabi Looyestyn was absolutely amazing. She put all my needs first while maintaining the property perfectly.
