Just an FYSA the elevator from the ground floor to the Harris Teeter in their basement has been out of order for over a month and the building has not yet gotten it fixed. Really serious impediment for people with small children (strollers) or mobility issues.
Mold sickness. Unit itself and multiple areas in the building have had water damage. It's also very loud living by the gym and in general. Through all hours of the night. If you have any other option would suggest elsewhere for your health. The brief new management they had showed signs of sincere customer care, followed through on attempting to resolve issues but they have moved on after only six months. Upon arriving I realized that I had left a very important part of my equipment and wasn’t sure how I was going to be able to fix the problem in time for the event without it turning into a real disaster.
