I do not recommend The Eclipse on Center Park. Management withheld part of my security deposit without clear or justified explanation, despite the unit being left in good condition. Communication was poor and resolving the issue was unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional.
Management is extremely competent. Great location and lovely building. Super accessible to anything you need.
Just an FYSA the elevator from the ground floor to the Harris Teeter in their basement has been out of order for over a month and the building has not yet gotten it fixed. Really serious impediment for people with small children (strollers) or mobility issues.
Mold sickness. Unit itself and multiple areas in the building have had water damage. It's also very loud living by the gym and in general. Through all hours of the night. If you have any other option would suggest elsewhere for your health. The brief new management they had showed signs of sincere customer care, followed through on attempting to resolve issues but they have moved on after only six months.
