My driver was new and didn’t realize a loose battery bolt was preventing the truck from starting in Ogden, Utah. Cooper Bacon arrived quickly but initially said the batteries needed to be replaced, even though they were installed this March. I can’t say enough good things about Rooster Heavy Roadside. I was in a real crunch with an oversize load when my trailer lights suddenly stopped working. Being dead in the water wasn’t an option, and they came through when I needed them most. He showed up quickly, took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the electrical issue instead of just guessing, and tracked down multiple problems that weren’t easy to find.
