They sent a guy named ryan out who was intoxicated, damaged my wife's vehicle and had to be taken away by the police. Highly unprofessional. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. RYAN IS A DANGER TO YOUR PROPERTY AND PEOPLE IN GENERAL
After last season’ (year) positive experience this year we can’t even get a simple response form Eclipse - not to mention contract to sign. Despite multiple requests and multiple attempt to contact the company via phone and email ( at least 6 times) - nobody has the decency to call us back and perhaps explain what the heck is going on. If this is called “ good customer care” - then I can’t imagine what bad service looks like.

I worked for this company for a year they fired me because my doctor said I wasn't able to for a week for health issues so he gave a doctors note I showed it to them and still fired me
Received a quote to get work done and now no one from this company will call back. Very unprofessional. I previously booked them for my elderly mother for a years worth of grass cutting and now I am not sure they will even show up anymore. Would not recommend if you are looking for reliability.
