Sadly as a retailer I’ve purchased a few pieces of eclipse jewellery and the diamond Huggies a client purchased have fallen apart twice now, the post crumbled due to porosity and they were reluctantly replaced and the post has broken off again - not from carelessness but from poor soldering - will never buy products from this company again, poorly made, no service, no warranty, no care. A post doesn’t break off here from carelessness, if it was carelessness the post would be bent not broken it’s a small huggie

My and my wife’s wedding rings were supplied by Eclipse, and the service was excellent!
I bought a loose opal cabochon and needed someone to set it into a pendant for me. Eclipse were more reasonably priced than the first jeweller I took it to (by a fair amount), and they were able to finish the job faster. Even with illnesses and delivery delays, they were still able to finish the job sooner than the agreed upon date. They've done a beautiful job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweller.
They Will break your fragile jewelry that has been handed down though family and then try to sell you new jewelry. Stay away!
