I’ve struggled with back knee and hip injuries since deciding to play hockey again at the age of 52 after a short 25 year break. I’ve tried everything physiotherapists chiropractors massage ice bath etc etc. Since coming to see Anna at eclipse this year I’ve had minimal downtime and no flare ups. I’m running better and having less recovery time than in the previous 4 years. Go see them at Eclipse. They’ll look after you
Always find very accommodating in fitting you in. Hurt my back in early April first visited seeing Andrew , explained with what was happening with the muscles and nerves . Suggested exercises In strengthening the lower muscles in my back . Seen Anna and currently seeing Guy can't believe the improvement and more movement. Had dry needling and feeling more flexible and less pain. Looking forward in getting back to my normal activities, having energy, flexibility, pain free and charged . The team of Eclipse Health are amazing.
