I had an extremely unpleasant experience today, I walked in with no appointment and was told they’ll be able to take me. I asked for a hair shampooing, Treatment, trimming, blow dry and styling I was handed over to a nice lady however she had no clue of what she is supposed to do with hair professionally Starting with shampooing and treatment, she did not properly wash my scalp and hair from the bottom and i had to ask her as i could still feel the treatment on !!
