I had a wonderful experience at Eclipse today. This was my first visit to the salon, since I just moved to the area in mid-April. Judy greeted me warmly, and Michael was so sweet and gave me a great wash. Mark cut my hair, and I have to say, I've never had quite this experience at a salon before. It was my first time to Eclipse today. I needed my color done and the owner put me with Gina who couldn’t have been nicer. What I liked about the experience is that she asked another Colorist their opinion about some specifics with my hair color. I really liked how they coordinated their opinions. The color came out great- I was really happy. The Salon has a relaxing and warm feeling but also very professional. I’ll definitely be back and I love that they use Aveda. Also, Michael, the assistant was great!
Wonderful, personable spot with great staff and stylists. I have been coming here for years. It is a sign of excellent management that invests in their employees when you can see the stylists go from washing hair to creating these epic hairstyles and coloring. I have seen Izabella religiously because she always gets my style/color perfect. It is heartwarming to see how closely everyone in the salon works together, too. Highly recommend!!
I am genuinely upset by the experience I had at this salon. I came in asking for a very simple trim to keep my ends healthy and instead left with one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. The stylist who cut my hair was an experienced stylist, not someone in training, which made the outcome even more disappointing. The cut was extremely uneven.
