President This company failed to pay for a load we completed. I have to now resort to submitting a bond claim, contacting credit bureau, and submitting a small claims filing. I should have followed my factor company advice and not taken this load. They are thiefs and do not pay for a truck drivers hard work
Manager Eclipse Freight Systems does not pay carrier invoices. They owe my company $25600 pending for 7 months. Their Credit Score dropped dramatically, I think they are running a fraud operation.
