After my experience with Eclipse Ford Ballarat, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. We bought a vehicle from them in mid-2025 and the process was frustrating from the beginning. Delivery was delayed for more than six weeks, with repeated explanations that parts were still being sourced or repairs were incomplete. I would not recommend Eclipse Ford Ballarat. We purchased a work vehicle from them in June 2025, however it took over six weeks to take delivery due to constant excuses about “waiting on parts.” After finally receiving the vehicle and driving a further 4,000km, I sent it to my mechanic for a service.
