Absolutely disgusted with the lack of accountability and service from Eclipse Ford Ballarat. A fault with the dealer-fitted tray was reported and ignored for weeks. We had to bypass Ford entirely and go directly to the tray manufacturer to get a safety assessment and resolution — which should have been handled by the dealership from the start.
