I spoke with the lady over the phone yesterday, her name was Atefah ( Apologies for the wrong spelling) and she was absolutely lovely! She was polite, patient, and genuinely interested in my experience. It’s rare to find someone so warm and professional, she really left a great impression. Thanks for the excellent service!

I was very well looked after at Eclipse, when I took my Ford Ranger in for a service recently. Tyler communicated very well with me and managed my expectations around long they would have my vehicle for and why. When further work was identified, Tyler rang me about it and then managed to have that work done on the same day, so I didn’t have to bring the car back on another day. All this was done while building renovations were happening, which I believe made things more difficult for servicing staff. Thank you.
