My experience with this contractor "*****" - Owner. It's been initially fine and then extremely bad. He have followed up with quote and responses, but I believe he didn't have much work at that time , after almost completing work and installing fence and electronic door, he promise to work on REMOTE - External Key pad which initially didn't work.
