They are extremely expensive, do not provide full information at the time of booking, and then charge unreasonably high after the work is done. Their support team is rude and highly unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Marsel was amazing. We had an emergency situation and he was at our house in 20 minutes and took it from there. Arranged for Hydro to come and then worked to fix the issue and made sure everything was safe and in working order. He was knowledgeable, honest and did the job fast and professionally. He'll be our go-to electrician should we need any more electrical work done. Highly recommend!
