From the initial telephone call to completion of the job, the service was exemplary. A prompt visit to reassure was followed up by the job itself, always preceded by texts to confirm time of arrival. Rich was efficient and cheerful and completed the job without fuss. Would definitely recommend.

We recently moved to an EV; and right from the first contact with Eclipse the service was fantastic. We were able to get really helpful and accurate information on charger options, followed up with a prompt quote. Once we accepted the quote, the communication continued to be excellent (and very timely). The job was done efficiently and both Rich and Arran were so helpful. We would absolutely recommend them; and would use their services again in the future.

Very friendly and professional team. I phoned for help with an electrical blackout and they came over the same day and fixed it within a couple of hours. Very happy and relieved that they were there to help.
