Could be a scam. Do not give them your money! We put a huge down payment for a tiny home and I've got nothing but delays and false promises. Every time we reach out it would be a minimum of a week before they would even respond. And when they would respond they always push the date a couple months out. We looked at the property through government zoning and it's not even zoned correctly 6 months after we were supposed to move in.
