Incredibly quick and very thorough! I had a child dump melted wax all over my carpet, and down my carpeted stairs. We unknowingly stepped in it and mashed it into the carpet fibers which then collected dirt. Eclipse showed up within hours of my desperate phone call, and cleaned all the wax from the carpets. Like it never even happened!!! Will use them anytime I need carpets or rugs cleaned.
