Rob is quite personable, very experienced, and clearly a craftsman with great pride with what he does. He only works one way: Perfection. Imperfections are not acceptable. If he's not happy with a window - he rips it off and starts with a fresh piece. This is my third experience using Eclipse - all were exceptional. His pricing is very reasonable.
