Poor customer service and post sale team they don't care, even when logging issues with them. Car had issues when delivered, full discloser wasn't provided before making the purchase. Had a piston and cooling jet issues that I wasn't told about cost £1000 to fix, avoid

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Purchased a Maserati in June for delivery on 19th by 28th the car had developed an fault and cut out dangerously on a busy road. Reported it right away, after poor or no resolution from Eclipse managed to find a garage in our own to take the car in July. And that is where the car has stayed since. Eclipse will not pay the bill to release the car from the garage even though all agreed and is required by law under the consumer act! Bought a Fiesta ST from here 3 weeks ago. The car had £1,000 worth of faults. When trying to get the dealership to pay for the repairs they made it near impossible constantly passing the baton. Saying they didn't inspect the car themselves. No duty of care there whatsoever. I have now been informed the company is going into liquidation. Best thing for it in all fairness.

Let me start buy saying if you are interested in one off there cars don’t buy from here if you are HPI the car before even thinking about buying secondly do not give these guys your deposit under no circumstances you won’t get it back as promised am going to seek legal advice from my solicitor and going to speak to trading standards this car firm is a joke and should not be trading.

The process of purchasing was quick however from there it went downhill. Was sold a car that the only modification I knew I was getting was the exhaust. Within a week it threw up a drivetrain fault and was told it would be fine. Its a BMW being a BMW. Turns out the vehicle I bought had a dodgy remap and no catalytic converter. 6 months and £800 later (excluding warranty work) I'm looking at selling it as more greif than its worth.
