Used to Be a Safe, Professional Community — Not Anymore- Eclipse Townhomes has completely gone downhill. What was once a quiet, conservative, Christian environment and professional community is now unrecognizable. Management is letting in tenants without proper background checks, and the consequences are obvious: loud late-night parties during the week, marijuana stench in the air, constant parking issues, and police presence becoming a regular occurrence. We’ve lived at Eclipse (managed by CAM Properties) for 4-5 years. The maintenance manager, Angie, has always had a problem doing the bare minimum for maintenance requests. We’ve had issues getting our leaking washer replaced and other broken things are pushed off as cosmetic. Speaking to her about these issues is met with her being miserable on the phone and arguing with paying tenants to avoid doing any work, even though she’s supposed to be the supervisor. Cam Properties management doesn’t match what’s supposed to be a “luxury” community. They gave us an all-in-one washer that leaks and refuse to replace it. It’s an endless cycle of a B&B Appliances technician coming to our house and telling us it’s unfixable and should be replaced with a stackable. Then, they decide to schedule us for a repair instead that doesn’t do anything and the same issue occurs again. Worst Management in AZ. You will never get anything you need to live normally here. Takes practically your entire lease to get a garage clicker, trash can, and gate clicker. But don't worry they'll make sure they get their deposit (Which is an entire months rent) & fees before addressing anything.
