Literally worst experience ever I literally show the lady the haircut that I wanted and she made me look like an emo dyke, completely messed up my hair an. Like how do you call yourself a professional. I do not recommend this place to anybody It's literally the worst salon I've been to in my whole life. It doesn't even deserve one star
I’ve been going here since 2017. I always have a good experience! Melissa is very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and I am happy with how my hair looks afterwards. The ESU student discount was also very helpful when I was a student.
There was only one person working, but it was a weekday afternoon and I didn't have to wait longer than 15-20 minutes. Interior is clean and decorated, if eclectic. I showed her a picture of my last haircut and we talked about it a little before she got to work. You kinda have to be a little specific with what you want, but that can be a good thing. Overall I really like the result and I feel good about how I look. There's also a fish tank.
Melissa did a great job. I had 15 inches cut off my length. Went from long to short.
