As a Physician Consultant, I must say that eClinicalWorks product itself is overall great, the customer service is absolutely horrible—especially in the sales, accounting, and collections departments. Every time you open a case, it takes weeks or even months to get resolved. It’s nearly impossible to get through or get anything done efficiently.
