If you're considering eClinicalWorks (ECW), think twice. This is by far one of the worst decisions we made for our medical practice. The system is clunky, overly complicated, and riddled with bugs. Every task takes multiple steps that should be simple—wasting valuable time in a profession where efficiency matters. We had to open support tickets nearly daily just to keep the system functional.
