It's unbelievable that these people can hold your medical records hostage. I have been unable to access my records through eClinical Works for several months now. I have tried getting help through my providers and they always send me to eClinical Works, which does not answer phone calls nor do they return emails. Someone needs to come in here and investigate what's going on with this company. They should not ever have access to anyone's medical records. This company is incompetent.
Absolute garbage. Doesn’t work half the time. If it is working it goes super slow. Freezes and you lose 20 minutes worth of work. Reconsider purchasing this for your practice
