People need to refuse any business at this place until the situation regarding discrimination is rectified.
Eclectica Beads Wisconsin Your comments are total Lies. If you had ANY integrity you would own up to your dreadful behavior and apologize for disrespecting and discriminating against the disabled. You should be ashamed.
I have a special needs child and to hear how a friend & her kids (one with special needs) were treated at this store today makes me very upset. I truly hope the owners listen and take these reviews very seriously because the power of social media is real. I believe you should concentrate hard on training your associates better because this isn't the first reviews of hearing about rude employees, or better yet terminate the ones like this who clearly are miserable in their jobs.
Awful store who had a saleswoman recently tell the mother of an autistic young lady doing absolutely nothing wrong that “people like her weren’t welcome there” they were forced to leave!! They said she was bothering customers (she wasn’t!!) I for one won’t be giving them business or recommending anyone else do so either till the woman involved is let go. This is beyond not ok it’s blatant discrimination!!!
Can't speak for the selection of products, can speak for the fact that this store hires people who blatantly discriminate. Anytime an employee utters the words "we don’t want people like her in our store" you may want to rethink your entire hiring process and/or sink into the sea.
Their attitude towards Autistic teenagers as a "disruption to their other customers" needs to be eliminated!! Immediately!!
By training employees on how to work with the disabled
they discriminate against disabled people.
This store kicked out a disabled child with Autism... saying”she didn’t look disabled” while she was humming and doing a happy bounce.. and that they didn’t want children like that upsetting other customers... this store is discriminating, and exceptionally cruel.
