This bead store is large and has a good selection, so it deserves 4 stars for that. I gave it 3 stars because a couple long time employees there are not very friendly. Others have told me the same. This might be why there is a large turn over of new employees. They just don't stay. Eclectica Beads you have a lot to offer, so please offer friendlier customer service so our experience shopping in your store is more enjoyable.
