I began therapy at EPT with four herniated discs, unable to stand straight, and with terrible difficulty walking. I was referred by a friend who simply said, "Trust me. You'll see." Still, I was skeptical. Over the next several weeks, my pain gradually disappeared as Ian worked his magic and taught me new levels of understanding of how my body works, and how to take care of it - whether with exercise or just routine daily activities. There should be an option that allows you to give Ian more than 5/5 stars. I've been an athlete for my entire life. I started going to Ian for some lower back pain/sciatica. Since going to Ian I have noticed a great difference in my lower back mobility and my pain has alleviated over time. I don't understand how he does it but I do know that what he does works. Very appreciative and grateful I found him.
