This man is a genious he barely touched me and I laid down there were no exercises.my body was weakened and he asked me my goal after 13 weeks was I wanted to be able to lift and carry my 2 yr old granddaughter ! It worked even carrying upstairs ! I would so recommend seeing what magic he can do for you ! My son went to see him without telling me because he saw my experience he’s in his 39,s and had an annoying neck problem .He was repaired and has never bothered him again 8 years later

Ian changed my life. I had been suffering from chronic pain in my foot, knee, and hip for the last 2 1/2 years. It impacted everything in my life. I felt like I couldn’t do my physically demanding job to the best of my ability, I felt like I couldn’t get up and play with my nephews, and I couldn’t do ANY of the active things I loved to do (walking, hiking, coaching, lifting, etc) because of this chronic pain. Ian’s approach to health and wellness is all-encompassing. He will dive into areas of your life besides your area of ... read more

I began therapy at EPT with four herniated discs, unable to stand straight, and with terrible difficulty walking. I was referred by a friend who simply said, "Trust me. You'll see." Still, I was skeptical. Over the next several weeks, my pain gradually disappeared as Ian worked his magic and taught me new levels of understanding of how my body works, and how to take care of it - whether with exercise or just routine daily activities. If you're hurting, see Ian. Trust me. You'll see.

There should be an option that allows you to give Ian more than 5/5 stars. I've been an athlete for my entire life. Competing in rugby for the last 26 years and a professional personal trainer for the past 12 years. Needless to say, my body has been through a lot! I first met Ian 20 years ago. I was at my whit's end with a horrible case of sciatica. Traditional PT failed and did not want to continue constantly taking medications for the searing pain. After two sessions and some slight "this isn't going to work" moments in my... read more
