Very disappointed with my order. I chose what looked like a beautiful “basket” arrangement for a grieving friend, along with the upgrade. The arrangement arrived in a run of the mill glass container with flowers haphazardly placed. I received an arrogant, aggressive reply from the owner stating that he made the decision to change the container. We did not receive what we purchased. The most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen designed locally. Though the shop isn’t open for foot traffic, the owner/designer is accommodating and has your gift made fresh and out the door quickly while you wait! From placing my order and receiving guidance on great product choices to the gorgeous product and travel-friendly packaging I was impressed. Would and will recommend to everyone I know looking for fresh flowers in the Fox Valley.

Extremely happy with my experience. Wonderful customer service. I placed my order over the phone and they delivered exactly what I wanted. I loved that I got a confirmation text from an actual person when the flowers were delivered.
