Saw a nurse practitioner that was there working for her since she was unable to work that day and it was the worst experience I have ever had she was very rude and disrespectful it was a total waste time.Her hygiene left alot to be desired
Doctor is great with both adults & kids. She always listens to all my concerns. Blessed to have her in Eclectic!!
great customer service, great patient care. Ask about the sliding fee if you do not have insurance, they can go off of any household income that is brought in by patient to get the copay lower than full price.
Only went once. I hadn’t seen a general practitioner in over a year because my old doctor retired. Gave them a try and was disappointed. The doctor or nurse practitioner(not sure which)was cold rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I had been very sick for over a week. (Pneumonia and COVID like symptoms…this was my second time being sick in a month as well) she tested me for all the usuals.
