RecommendedI always find exactly what I need at Eclectic By Nature even if I didn’t know exactly what I needed when I placed a phone order for a “porch pickup “, or made an appointment to go in person (mask required). The staff is courteous and extremely knowledgeable and they continually go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Do yourself a favor and go check out ECB, you are in for a treat!!! I was a customer before the store moved to State Street. I moved to PNW eleven years ago, before the store moved to the cottage, and regret I've yet to visit there. I've never found a place like EBN since I left NC. The atmosphere, the sense of community and welcome, of entering Tavane's Ali Baba's storehouse of treasures and wonder--that combination of elements is unique to EBN, and I hope everyone for whom it's no more than a day's drive is aware of that, shares that awareness, and visits often.
I went just to check it out because of the event but they were shifting to curbside pickups only. I got exactly what I needed just from the interaction. Great intuitive feel just from the porch. With this type of community, you may know what I'm talking about. You walk away feeling it.

So I’ve been coming to this store since I found out about it almost 5 years ago. I love the owner and staff. They are so knowledgeable about so much and if they don’t know they will for sure provide the resources for you to find out. I’m starting my alter in the middle of Covid and decided to see if they were open. And what do you know they are.... I ran out of incense in the middle of a pandemic, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but incense helps me keep my mind at peace. A friend suggested I reach out to EBN to see if they could do a phone/messenger order. They COULD! I messaged on Sunday and now it's Tuesday and I have my favorite incense sticks in hand. I've always loved visiting this shop when we're in Greensboro, but I am now a forever loyal customer. So grateful!
I love this place. The ladies are so sweet. When i am so overwhelmed the doors are always open. I leave with a peace in my heart and a few new goodies. 🥰🧘♀️
