RecommendedBoth extremely friendly and extremely competent, and extremely knowledgeable. I came to Ron and Lorena because I had thought of hub gears, and Ron did a truly great job on my bicycle, it has not needed any adjustments at all in the 40+ miles since he put on my Shimano Nexus 8!
