The body corporate paid $45,000 to have the exterior of the building painted. Unfortunately just over 3 months later and after some rain, paint is pealing off all around.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough. We recently had Éclat complete major works including full paint job and roof rescrew for our large 3 story apartment complex. They were very flexible and accommodating for our requests. They also offer a maintenance payment plan which made completing the works achievable for our complex (didn’t need to outlay the full cost upfront). Couldn’t fault the work, our building looks brilliant.
The Body Corporate controlling our apartment that we live in engaged Eclat Building Solutions to paint and make repairs to our complex. The work carried out has not been completed as quoted and mismanaged from the first day they arrived onsite. Poorly skilled labourers without the right equipment have meant the job has gone on for way too long. These guys took over the tenants/owners car parking during the day and even used the pool area for their lunchroom. So unprofessional !!! Issues with safety on the site have resulted ... read more
