Nous avons appelé pour un service d'urgence. Même si le plombier à qui nous avons parlé n'était pas disponible cette journée-là à cause du volume, il nous a généreusement donné des conseils au téléphone, ce qui nous a permis de régler le problème. Nous ferons affaire sans hésiter avec Plomberie Eclair dans le futur!

Upon returning from a 4-day vacation, we found ourselves with no water - the pipes had frozen. (We had unfortunately, contacted another plumbing company prior to Éclair Plomberie, who were unable to complete the job.) Éclair Plomberie, came the next day after we contacted them. Prior to arriving, they asked us to explain the situation and asked that we send photos. I called regarding an emergency in my home and he interrupted me telling him what was wrong to say “I have no interest in helping you.” Extremely rude and unprofessional.
