ECL Events also poorly manages Somewhere Nowhere, a sub-par rooftop experience in NYC. My table was canceled less than 2 hours before my reservation, without an apology. The company lied and said the rooftop was undergoing renovations...on a Saturday night. Checked Instagram and the venue was fully functional. They canceled my table for no reason and offered no apology or concession. Shady practices from a shady business.
