Probably the most unethical attorney I’ve ever met. He represented my son’s mother in a paternity action and filed unfounded accusations against me. My son’s mother called me crying one time saying he would drop her if she didn’t do exactly what he said because it would make his job harder. She would tell me she couldn’t get ahold of him constantly
Matt was a court appointed GAL for my children and has never reached back out to me. I have contacted him numerous times because he was supposed to speak to my children and never did. My children were being abused and beaten on at their father’s house and Matt failed them.
My boyfriend had been a client of Matt’s for some time. Never had any issues, he always had my boyfriend put cash in an envelope with his name on it in his drop box (which is shady but we could never get ahold of him to give it to someone directly so he advised us to do this instead.)My boyfriend had a balance of $600ish and dropped him off $1500 in March OVER paying him to take care of future matters.
