Very reliable company. Had 3 quotes, came in the most reasonable. Had enough to get garage roof done as well. I called, got a very quick response. Came out next day, 3 days later, roof done on house and garage. Had everything done and cleaned up in 1 day. Text me progress alerts throughout the day till job was complete.
My chimney stack had 2 leaks. I couldn't ask for better. Quick response and turnaround. Eckroth's team was great. They do good work. This is a owner and company you can trust. I highly recommend them. I already asked for another quote.
My roof was 37 years old so naturally I had quite a few people come and look for estimates. After speaking with all of them, Derek came in , took his time looking things over and even sent a drone up for pictures. He was the only one not in a hurry and took almost an hour explaining everything to me He was the most knowledgeable in my opinion. They worked quick, showed and explained in detail everything they needed to handle. Everything they did they made sure I understood why it was needed and how they could do it as thorough but fast as possible. And when I had concerns about leaking issues during heavy rains between project work days, they came out and did what they could to help, that meant very much and to me that level of care and concern is the difference between 4 star and 5 star going above and beyond.
