Very polite and knowledgeable. When my sewer line froze i couldn't get anyone to come out, I called Eckmayer and they were there the same day and they were very informative on how my sewer system worked. I will be using them from now on.
The nicest septic people I've ever dealt with. They were so quick when my basement flooded and my septic backed up. I highly recommend Eckmayer!
