Septic Tank pumping: Austin needs to communicate more to let me the owner know if everything is good on both tanks and if I need to go longer or shorter on the pump frequency. Paying over $300, I should not have to beg for information on my septic system/pumping. If I wouldn't have asked about the septic filter, I don't think he would have washed it out. He didn't have a hose, so I had to get my own hose. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and hope he fully pumped out my tanks.
The team that works for Eckmayer are top notch. From the owner to the tank installers and to top the cake, the office Gal is so helpful. I am glad that I picked Eckmayer for my septic needs.
