We own The Speckled Hen Inn and have been using Eckmayer for a decade now and the owners before us used them as well. They have always provided great service, are knowledgeable, and are reasonably priced. We highly recommend using Eckmayer!
Caden came out today and was very professional and knowledgeable. We thought we may have an issue with our septic system. I had a multitude of questions that he answered and he was very patient with showing the different parts of the system and how they function. He made sure that the septic alarm was working as it should/checked our drain field, checked the timer, float , tank etc. Caden and his colleague are great asset to your company.
Absolutely wonderful customer service! They made me feel so comfortable with all the questions I had on our first private septic with our new home.
Always prompt, efficient service. Great company. Used them for years.
From periodic pumping of our septic tank to replacing that entire system and connecting a new well to our home, we've been very pleased with their services, the crews, reasonable pricing, professionalism and start-to-finish focus .. plus the office folks were always welcoming and helpful.
