Easy and quick working with Brandon and Kyle. They explained everything about the trade in/contracts very clearly and got a beautiful truck within a week. Brandon is not only good at Baseball, but an excellent vehicle salesman! Definitely recommend Border GM for anyone looking in the Northland!
Border GM is the only place we bring our trucks to. Val in service is always a pleasure to deal with and is prompt to get back to us with any issues and questions we have. Your mechanic Tony is top notch and knows his stuff which is a rare find in today's world. They always provide us with a loaner vehicle if we need one. We have a GM dealer 30 minutes from us but we choose to make the 2hr drive to have that peace of mind knowing that we are cared for.
I got an estimate for my 2016 Encore 47.000 miles, garage car. General upkeep...tires, sensors for tires, breaks, oil change, plus a fume leak from exhaust and a plastic wheel case cover. Got a quote of $10.000 !! Are you kidding me!!! Brought it somewhere else...turns out the exhaust pipe was fine...not rusted as told...connection clamp was busted...$ 30.00. Leak is from oil cooler. $ 350.00 part max. Maybe just seals. $ 70.00. Breakshoes just in front. Tires still good...maybe in fall for next winter and that might be the ... read more
