Not very nice people in this housing market. Nice apartments but require 4x rent amount which is the most ridiculous I've seen thus far from a property management. Treated like dirt if you don't make that in this awful economy and housing market. Hoooow nice.

I am helping out my cousin who just arrived here from the Philippines and are moving to Lancaster for a job. We wanted to rent this apartment because of the fact that it is walking distance from her work. A worker named Sue told me that in order for us to get an application someone has to see it in person. We live in California and we don't fly out to PA until end of Feb. so we needed to get an apartment ASAP. She starts her work first week of Mar.
