Dr. Eckhart was fine. He did a nice job on my cataracts with no problems. The biggest problem is the scheduling. They have messed up my appointment dates more than once. One of the employees was unbelievably rude about rescheduling an appointment that they themselves had canceled. It’s just not worth it to deal with rude and inconsiderate employees when there are other options.
We couldn’t get past the front office.
I have been going to Dr. Eckhart for several years. I am impressed by all of the state of the art equipment to get a full picture of your eye’s health. Dr. Eckhart is very friendly, professional and thorough in his eye exams. I have complete trust in his judgement. I highly recommend him.
Would recommend Dr. Eckhart to anyone. He is knowledgeable in the field, listens and answers questions in an understandable way, and has a professional presence.
My experience with Dr. Eckhart could not have been better. I would recommend him highly.
